This is an interactive map to walk patients through each step of the journey. Each section will have slides with pop-ups- white outlined topics. These topics when selected, will provide patients important information to help with informed decisions, clear expectations, and a way to navigate the process. Many slides will have buttons of different colors at the bottom. These buttons will take the patient to new sections of the journey. It is recommended that patients select each button to understand better all of the information, options, and progression through the journey. There is a previous link at the bottom of each slide that can take a patient back to the previous section. The Journey is divided into four key sections (blood drops) Each blood drop represents and important point in the process from diagnosis to what to do in order to try to have the best outcomes if progressing to the need for a kidney transplant.
